Third Weigh In

.. down two more pounds (that’s 9 total so far). Ugh, I know that’s supposed to be good since I’m doing it the healthy eating/excercise way and my body won’t be able to pull some “Biggest Loser” type results but shit, it’s looking pretty tough to hit my 20 pound goal by my Hawaii trip (August 6th). Well, there’s still time so I’m going to have to really haul ass now…. so there’s my motivation for the park tonight.

And this isn’t a “diet”.. I’m changing my eating lifestyle and fully intend on keeping this up even after my trip.
